There is normally one thing, which kill each diet or routine in my life: Business trips!!!

You run arround, sleep in a hotel and you don’t know where to run and your gym is 800 km away. But …

with the a print out from Arnels routine and willing power in the morning, I made it.

Yes, I’m still on track and do my dive bombers in the marriot.

I love these routines because you fell the whole day, that something is changing in your body.

How to measure bodyfat?

Maybe you know this problem. You stay on your fancy body scale, which also measure your bodyfat.

Sounds great, but in reality the values bounces like balls from 19,6 to 24,5. Every day a new number. Funny, but not helpful, if you want to know, how much bodyfat you have.

So, I googled a little bit and found this:

This tools is easy to use and the result is a shocker.

I have 23.9 % bodyfat!!! I thought, it will be 20, but this is mean, that each forth kilo in my body is a kilo of fat.

So, only one chance ……

these push ups and especially C1 is brutal.

Running was the last days also ok.

The best I am not hungry and I feel good. And I ate no cookies.

I found this Weight tracking tool from John Walker and I love it. He also wrote a free book about diet and fitness.

The principle is simple, like a graph from the stock exchange, track the system your daily weight and show you your average weight. The red line is your real weight and the spots are your daily measured weight from your scale. There is also a blue line, which show your level of fitness exercise.

No more weighing and get panic because you weigh one kilo more then yesterday.

So, here I am starting with the programm “I want a six pack abs”.
