How to measure bodyfat?

Maybe you know this problem. You stay on your fancy body scale, which also measure your bodyfat.

Sounds great, but in reality the values bounces like balls from 19,6 to 24,5. Every day a new number. Funny, but not helpful, if you want to know, how much bodyfat you have.

So, I googled a little bit and found this:

This tools is easy to use and the result is a shocker.

I have 23.9 % bodyfat!!! I thought, it will be 20, but this is mean, that each forth kilo in my body is a kilo of fat.

So, only one chance ……

    Dude, how did you put that hacker’s thing to work… G Damn… my deficit is like 80cal/day ’cause it’s measuring the whole month so, when I actually lost 1.2kg there how like 0,08kg, could you help me out?

    Hi X or better Triple X ;-) ,

    I fill out the field for the whole month. Type only your start weight in the field for the first day.

    The rest should be done by the tool.
